Done and live: https://thehomeinsulators.net — every board plus a new HQ front page now runs on hosting you own (GoDaddy cPanel Deluxe, 12 months, flat rate) under your own domain, with a free auto-renewing padlock. 19 pages tested, 0 failed. The master copy lives on your machine at C:\Users\theho\BOARDS: PUBLISH.bat pushes changes live, RESTORE.bat rebuilds a dead server in about a minute, and START LOCAL BOARDS.bat turns your own PC into the backup server at localhost:8080. Inside the boards, 44 old addresses and 39 publish instructions were rewritten to point here. The Answer buttons would have silently swallowed your answers on the new host, so they now post to answers.php on your own server — tested live, and the stored file is blocked from public view. Old addresses still serve, so nothing anyone holds is broken.

Step 1 is done — C:\Users\theho\VAULT is built and holding 121 MB. Every bot's memory file is copied, every password is in one place, and the folders that existed nowhere else are zipped: CONDOBOT, ROUTEAUDIT, SPRAYBOT, LOCALFALCON, the Salesforce CLI and your Salesforce login. The auto-scan paid off on its first run — it found four folders nothing was protecting (BOARDBOT, BOARDS, GODADDY, HEALTHBOT) that did not exist when the audit ran, and adopted them on its own. The boards moving to GoDaddy helps this a lot: your computer is now the master copy and the server is only a copy of it, which is exactly the shape the whole plan is built around. Still open: PLANSWIFT-AUTOMATION has a GitHub repo but is not in the 3-day backup plan, so it may never actually get pushed — and its takeoff rulebook is the hardest thing you own to recreate.
Waiting on you
Go on the watchdog? That is the piece that notices when a bot dies. Right now EstimateBot has no scheduled task and the WhatsApp engine has no trigger at all — both are alive only as open windows, and nothing tells you if they stop.
Confirm the cell number the alarm texts should go to.
Reissue the API tokens? The GoHighLevel, Leap, Twilio, ClickSend and JustCall keys sat in pushed GitHub repos for weeks. Hiding them going forward is not the same as replacing them. Your call on timing.

Stallion Ridge is off Leap and onto Salesforce in the live org. A rep can now open a job, build the estimate line by line like your residential builder, and hand the customer a PDF on Stallion letterhead — the 11-step roofing scope is written by the system from your real template with each job's blanks filled in, so nobody can alter the contract language. The catalog was rebuilt from your own 104 sent proposals: 46 items across roofing, siding and windows, and this time I invented nothing — only the shingle at $700/square and decking at $85/sheet carry a rate; the other 44 ask the rep to type the price so the system can never quote a number you never agreed to. 19 tests green, commercial and residential untouched.
Waiting on you
Your rates for the other 44 items. Everything is live and usable now, but each item asks the rep for a price. Give me numbers and they go automatic.
Which letterhead is current? Roofing documents say Stallion Ridge, HIC #0705614, (203) 990-2444. Siding documents say Stallion Ridge Exteriors, 151 Grassy Plain St Bethel, 50% deposit and balance after inspections. The PDF uses the roofing one right now.
Is the second roofing scope kept or retired? About 15 of your documents use different wording and add a chimney cricket. Only the main 11-step version prints today.
Does siding keep the materials/labour split? Your siding jobs quote them separately; roofing is one lump sum.

Wrote you a phone-readable PDF: OneDrive\Documents\ROUTE MY DAY - OVERLAP AND VISIT TRACKING.pdf (syncs to your phone). Two findings in it: on overlap, Ryan and Chris share the same record so either man's check mark clears the site off both decks — your new 60-day excavation clock makes that far stronger — but the whole thing collapses if a rep visits and never taps. And on tracking: nothing in the system records that a visit happened at all, only that two dates moved. New clocks (excavation 60, foundation 30) and the backfill (+39 / +16) are written and ready. All of it is stuck behind one answer from you: can I install the Salesforce CLI on this computer?
Waiting on you
Say yes and I install the Salesforce CLI on this computer (a few minutes) — or tell me your Salesforce machine is the other one. Everything else is written and waiting on this.
Teammate lock: how many days should a site stay off the other man's deck after Ryan or Chris stops at it? My pick is to match the stage clock.
Chase cadence for an estimate that is out: I propose 2, 4, 7, 14, then every 30 days, and after 5 silent touches it flips to purple GO KNOCK. Yes, or give me your numbers.

Cost research done and verified against Medicare/CMS/NY DFS. The medical side costs him $283 for the whole year — surgeon, hospital, ICU, the donor lungs, anti-rejection drugs, all of it. Worst case $2,950. Real risk is only drugs (uncapped with no Part D, capped at $2,100 with one) and travel/housing/caregiver ($8-16k Cleveland, $25-50k Temple). Big one for YOU: New York Paid Family Leave covers a parent-in-law, so you personally qualify for 12 weeks at up to $14,742 — federal FMLA does NOT cover in-laws. Documents\LUNG TRANSPLANT now holds the 18-page full plan, the today sheet, an 11-page cost breakdown and the family explainer. Two things I'd told you were too strong and are corrected in the PDF: Cleveland "arranges" transport but never says it pays, and their own sources say 2-3 weeks in one place and 6-8 in another.
Waiting on you
60-second job: read his Humana premium off a bank statement. About $709.98/mo = standard Plan G ($283/yr). About $106.34/mo = high-deductible ($2,950/yr). Matches neither = it's a group policy, don't guess
Does he have a PART D drug plan? Call 1-800-633-4227. "No card seen" isn't "no plan" — and if he has none, NY EPIC (1-800-332-3742) unlocks Part D signup any time of year instead of waiting for the fall window

The Dubai car venture with Aman: buy cosmetic-damage runners at Copart/IAAI near Newark, share containers to Jebel Ali, $500–$2,000 profit per car. GUIDE.pdf and TO-DO.pdf are downloaded and read in this chat — the plan is 6 phases, and Aman's pricing homework (Phase 1) can start now. The dealer license takes 2–4 months and the clock only starts when you FILE — Phase 2 (LLC → EIN → license application) is the long pole.
Waiting on you
Share the CAR EXPORT TRACKER sheet with Aman: open it → Share → his Gmail → Editor
If not done yet: finish the tracker build (paste script → BUILD — DIRECTIONS.txt has the steps)
Pick the dealer-license state (NY = home but slow + premises-heavy; FL/other = faster — PLAYBOOK 2.2), then LLC + EIN so you can file early
Pick the weekly rhythm day: Aman updates the tracker, you review it
The weekly rep coach from your handoff PDF: every Sunday it reads each rep's real week from Salesforce, drafts a short WhatsApp check-in for YOUR approval, sends it Monday, and holds them to last week's promise. The collector is BUILT and WORKING tonight — it pulled every rep's real numbers from Salesforce (last week: Ryan 21 estimates sent / 7 won, Steve 10/3, Jay 5/4 — full table in the chat), saved and backed up to GitHub. The 2-week quiet burn-in has begun; nothing ever texts a rep without you approving each message first.

The bot took its first steps today: it now reads a fresh drawing set by itself — classifies every sheet, finds the scale, and harvests the R-value callouts (the wall-tracing stage is next). Under it sits a proven foundation: 12/12 quantities matched PlanSwift's own numbers, 347 archived jobs scanned (8,353 items), wall heights and the demising x2 rule settled from your own team's work. Still wanted from you: the 30-second download and one yes/no below.

30 seconds: open the 8 Stone Tower Dr, Alpine NJ estimate sheet in your Google Drive → File → Download → Microsoft Excel (.xlsx) → save it to your Chrome downloads folder. I watch that folder and will run the full numbers check the moment it lands
Quick yes/no: on multifamily jobs, do demising walls ALWAYS get doubled (insulated both sides) — even when the takeoff item doesn't say “MULTIPLY BY 2”? 42 unmarked ones in the archive are waiting on your word
Your 20+ years answer unblocked the run — I filtered all 1.29M parcels of the CT Grand List down to 475,059 qualified homes across 140 towns: owner-occupied, individually owned, a real house, roof 20+ years old. The state's property-type column turned out to be junk (600,097 blanks, and every town spells it differently), so I classified by structure instead — the naive read would have said 107,000 and missed 140 towns. DNC logged exactly as you ruled it: no scrub. Phones are the only thing still missing, at 2¢–3¢ per hit from an appender; MLS is ruled out, it only holds houses that are for sale.

Careful though: it is still showing ten made-up orders, so sending it to the branch today means they see invented jobs. Your crew and boss links have NOT changed and nobody needs them resent. Three PDFs in Documents: HOW IT WORKS, WHAT EVERY WARNING MEANS, WHAT CHANGED. Overnight syncs all clean, 9 jobs.

The 8/21 FIBER & SPRAY job still needs an ADDRESS: line — only thing the robot is skipping
32 Vandewater needs its fiberglass date — red and dateless because on a fiber-and-spray combo the calendar date is the spray date

Is it TYLER or TAYLOR? Once the SETTINGS tab exists you fix this yourself

If not done yet: the one-time 🔨 TURN ON JOB TEXTS click — starts both the crew texts and the day-before sweep
Dug into how the SCHEDULE JOB button really works: booking the same job a second time already does NOT create a second invoice ask — the INVOICE + CERT task only fires the first time a job goes Won, and blank estimate boxes never wipe what's saved. The move to your own domain is finished and everything that got left behind is back. The migration copied older snapshots, so three things were missing and are now restored and live: Alti's Website SEO plan handoff, the GitHub repo lists on his and John's boards, and the project map — which had reverted to a build with no plan in it. The map at thehomeinsulators.net/project-map now reads all four boards off your own domain (so the cross-domain breakage that plagued the Netlify setup is gone for good), draws the residential plan as one branch per thing you are building, and carries the My to-do list tab. A broken box on this page also came across in the move and has been closed. Everything now publishes from C:\Users\theho\BOARDS on this machine — your computer is the master, the server is only a copy.

Proved the WhatsApp send works — a test reminder hit your “(You)” chat and your WhatsApp is re-linked.
Waiting on you
Keep going through Aman's week — name his remaining tasks (fiberglass reports, Cameron Ashley pulls, payroll) and anything you swear needs a person
Answer “always or sometimes”: does EVERY estimate spreadsheet get born from the folder-automation script off the Follow Up List, or are some made by hand?
Decide the crew-nag number: a cheap dedicated “office” WhatsApp line (recommended) vs official Twilio — so the bot can send “where's the stroke count” itself, never from your personal number
When ready: grab a CompanyCam API token so the bot can verify jobsite photos were uploaded
Westchester County Home Improvement License for THE HOME INSULATORS.COM, INC. The county returned it 8/11 for two fixes: (1) it wasn't notarized (no seal), and (2) missing your disability / workers'-comp proof. The clean, correctly-filled forms are ready to sign + notarize. Insurance is the real open item: the CE-200 is a "no-employees" waiver — since you HAVE a disability policy (#268815) you use a DB-120.1 for disability, and a CE-200 is only needed if the company is workers'-comp exempt.
Waiting on you
Does the Inc. carry its own workers' comp? YES → have your agent issue a WC cert (C-105.2/U-26.3) + disability cert (DB-120.1) naming the county as cert holder, skip the CE-200. NO / owner-only → DB-120.1 + a CE-200 for the WC exemption
Snap me the reverse side of the county's rejection letter (it has a checked "see notes on reverse")
Eyeball the Yes/No answers on the filled forms vs your original — I marked them all No; double-check #9 (financing)
Print, sign + get it notarized in person with Ralph (the missing seal is why it bounced), and resubmit

Live on your own server now: https://thehomeinsulators.net/spray-day/ — public, no login, works on your phone. Monday to Sunday, each day showing closed cell sets, open cell sets and fiberglass sqft, then every job with its own numbers. SPRAY BOARD.bat publishes to your domain instead of Netlify as of tonight: the page is written to your master copy in BOARDS\_site\spray-day and sent up as that one file, so refreshing the board never re-uploads your other 18 pages. The old netlify address still shows its last copy and goes stale on purpose. This week reads 15.15 sets closed cell, 32.11 open cell and 67,915 sqft of fiberglass across 28 jobs. Fiberglass-only and firestop days are counted, the big-job cap is 15 sets, and the Google side is deployed and verified.
Waiting on you
Sanity check one number: the firestop at 24 Marion Ave, Cliffside Park reads 3.37 sets of open cell off its job sheet. If that sheet is the whole building rather than one visit, say so and I will hold it out of the day like the other big jobs.
Two jobs vanished from Friday's calendar — 74 Broad St, Stamford and 9 Indian Trail, Harrison were there Wednesday night and are still gone. If they are running, someone deleted or moved them.
Want the live page to refresh itself every hour? Say yes and I will write you an INSTALL AUTO REFRESH.bat to double-click once — Windows blocks me from creating the scheduled task myself. Until then it updates when you run SPRAY BOARD.bat.
The full residential marketing plan is done — brand, website, blog, Meta ads, Google ads, Google listing, reviews, budget and a calendar with owners — in Documents\RESIDENTIAL MARKETING PLAN. Decided: residential runs under The Home Insulators (not a new brand), and we never create a 42nd Google listing. But two legal gates stop every paid ad, and one has been sitting since 8/11: your Westchester license application was REJECTED (not notarized, missing disability + workers’ comp certs, and a note on the back of the letter nobody has read). Second gate nobody had flagged: EPA Lead-Safe firm certification, which federal rule requires before you may even OFFER insulation work in pre-1978 homes. Everything else gets built now and publishes the day the license number lands.
Waiting on you
Re-file the Westchester license this week. Read the reverse-side note on the rejection letter, get the DB-120.1 disability cert and the workers’ comp cert, sign it at a notary. About two hours. Until this lands, no residential ad, landing page or booking page can legally run — and an unlicensed contractor cannot sue for payment at all.
Does The Home Insulators.com, Inc. carry its own workers’ comp? One call to your agent. It is one of the two reasons the application came back.
Start EPA Lead-Safe firm certification (~$300) and name your certified renovator. Your launch thesis is pre-1978 Westchester homes; offering that work uncertified is its own violation.
Approve the review engine — two-touch SMS, no incentives, no gating. You finish ~19 homes a week, you already have review links for 39 of 41 listings, ClickSend is already connected, and nothing is asking anyone. Free, and the highest-return item at any price.
Approve the one-week photo shoot + a phone thermal camera (~$225). Zero usable insulation imagery exists anywhere, and that blocks Meta ads entirely.
What is Alty’s compensation as sales manager? Not answerable from your files, and every profit number in the plan moves about 12% on it.

GITHUB HANDOFF - make this project collaborative on GitHub.
This project must live in a PRIVATE GitHub repo so chats on BOTH
computers (Patrick's and Aymen's) can work on it at the same time.
1. If this project has no repo yet: create a PRIVATE repo with the
gh CLI on this machine, named after the project (short, kebab
case). Put the working files in it - code, scripts, docs, and a
STATUS.md describing exactly where the project stands. NEVER
commit credentials, tokens, or API keys - those stay in local
files outside the repo, always.
2. Invite the other side as collaborator with push access:
- On Patrick's machine invite: aymenanwar82-lgtm
- On Aymen's machine invite: thehomeinsulators
(gh api repos/OWNER/REPO/collaborators/USERNAME -X PUT
-f permission=push)
3. WORKING RULES, every session, both machines, no exceptions:
- git pull BEFORE touching anything
- commit + push after every meaningful change, plain-language
commit messages
- if a push is rejected: pull, merge, push again - never force
- STATUS.md is the shared truth of project state: update it
whenever the state changes, read it when you start
- the project's Mission Control box notes the repo link in its
stamp
4. Tell me the repo link when it's up, and put it in this
project's box.
BOT HEALTH HANDOFF - report yourself when you break.
This project runs on Patrick's machine. When it stops working, he
needs to know without hunting for it. His alarm panel is:
https://thehomeinsulators.net/bot-highlights
His Mission Control board reads that page and shows a red banner
across the top while anything is listed there, so posting here puts
it directly in front of him.
WHEN TO POST (real breakage only):
- a scheduled task stopped firing, or its last run failed
- a login, token, API key or session expired
- a data source changed shape, moved, or went away
- a quota, credit balance or plan limit was hit
- a disk, permission or path error stops the job
- anything that means the work is NOT getting done right now
Do NOT post ideas, features, or work in progress - those belong
on Mission Control. If you can fix it yourself, fix it and post
nothing.
HOW TO POST:
1. Fetch the alarm page with a cache-busting query (?fresh= plus a
new random number). Keep only the markup from the title tag down.
Read the rules comment at the top of that page - the card
template and the counter rules are there.
2. ONE CARD PER BOT, EVER, matched on its data-bot id. If your bot
is already listed, update that card - never add a second.
3. The card says three things: WHAT BROKE in plain language, WHAT
PATRICK MUST DO (only steps he can take - a login, a payment, an
approval, plugging something in), and WHERE IT LIVES.
4. Recount: the tile and the hidden span#botcount data-count must
both equal the number of cards. That number is what turns his
alarm on.
5. Keep the page pure ASCII (HTML entities for special characters),
count your tags, then deploy with PUBLISH.bat in C:\Users\theho\BOARDS (FTP login is in C:\Users\theho\GODADDY\credentials.txt).
Then load the live URL and confirm it renders.
CLEAR IT WHEN FIXED - this matters as much as posting:
The moment the thing works again, remove your card, recount, and
if it was the last one restore the empty state (template is in
that page's comment). That is what turns his red banner off. A
stale alarm trains him to ignore alarms.
ALSO TELL HIM IN CHAT when you post or clear, in one plain sentence,
so he hears it from you as well as seeing it on the board.
MISSION CONTROL HANDOFF - put THIS chat on my board.
THE BOARD (fetch + update THIS ONE - it works from BOTH of my
Claude accounts): https://thehomeinsulators.net/mission-control
Do this, exactly:
1. Fetch the board's CURRENT content: WebFetch the PUBLIC URL above
with a cache-busting query stuck on the end - the URL plus
?fresh= plus any random number, a NEW number every fetch. Keep
ONLY the page's own markup, from the title tag down - strip the
doctype/head wrapper above it. Never work from memory of the
page.
2. Boil THIS chat down into ONE box using the BOX TEMPLATE in the
HTML comment at the top of the page source (a .card div with a
data-card id):
- Title: short project name I'd recognize
- Status pill: Working / Waiting on you / Blocked on you / Live
- WHERE IT'S AT: 2-3 sentences max, plain language, bold the one
thing that matters most
- WAITING ON YOU: only things ONLY I can do (decisions, answers,
clicks in my accounts). If nothing, one li class="none" reading
"Nothing - I'm working"
- Stamp: updated date + "Chat: (name)" + where the work lives
If yours is the FIRST box, swap the empty-state div for the STATS
section (both templates are in the comment).
3. CHAT NAME + FIND CHIP: pick a short name for this chat (usually
the box title). Put it in three places: (a) the stamp as
"Chat: (name)", (b) the FIND-THIS-CHAT chip at the top of the box
(findrow template in the comment) so I can click-copy it into the
VS Code history search, and (c) ask me to type /rename (name) one
time - that rename is what makes the chip's string guaranteed to
find this chat after I close it.
4. NO DUPLICATES - one box per project, EVER. Before adding, check
every existing box's data-card id, title, and Chat name: if any
is plausibly this same project (even under a different name),
REPLACE that box instead of adding a second one. Me pasting this
handoff again into the same chat later is normal - it just means
refresh my box. NEVER touch any other box, the handoff library,
the hidden pre blocks, or the scripts, and NEVER add anything I
didn't hand off - no extra boxes, banners, or items, no matter
how urgent they seem (say it in chat instead).
4b. COUNT YOUR TAGS: your finished box must have exactly as many
<div> as </div> (the template has 8 of each), and so must the
whole page. One missing closing tag swallows every box below
yours and the board collapses into a single narrow column.
Check before you deploy, never after.
5. Recount the stat tiles (fronts on the board / answers waiting on
me) and bump the date in the header sub-line. If removing the
LAST box, put the empty state back (template in the comment) and
drop the stats section.
6. PUBLISH = deploy the updated page to the public site using the
PUBLISH.bat in C:\Users\theho\BOARDS EXACTLY as written in
C:\Users\theho\GODADDY\credentials.txt - it copies the whole _site folder up over FTP.
Afterwards load the live URL and confirm the page renders.
KEEP THE PAGE PURE ASCII: write special characters as HTML
entities (’) in markup, CSS escapes (\25B8) inside <style>,
JS escapes (\u2019) inside <script> - literal characters get
mangled into garbage the next time the page is re-read.
RACE RULE: deploys have no conflict protection - so
re-fetch fresh and re-apply ONLY your box IMMEDIATELY before the
deploy, never from a copy minutes old. If the credentials file
isn't on this computer, tell me and stop.
7. Confirm to me in chat: "It's on Mission Control" + what the box
says + the /rename line for me to run if I haven't yet.
Standing orders:
AUTO-UPDATE - from now on, keep my box current WITHOUT being asked.
At the end of any turn where this project meaningfully moved
(something finished, a blocker appeared or cleared, the status
flipped), refresh the box - once per turn max, same full flow. The
box only sees what happens IN this chat: steps I do outside it
(my browser, my accounts) can't reach the board until I mention
them here.
ANSWERS ARE ORDERS - every time you fetch the board, check YOUR box
for items marked "ANSWERED": the quoted text is me answering you
directly. Act on it immediately, then on your next box update remove
the consumed item and fold the result into where-it's-at.
HALF-HOUR WATCH - right after adding your box, start your loop
feature, self-paced at roughly every 30 minutes, and keep it running
for the life of this chat: each round, fetch the board fresh, act on
any ANSWERED stamps in YOUR box, refresh the box only if this
project actually moved, and otherwise do nothing that round. The
watch runs while this chat is open in VS Code and pauses when it
closes - tell me that limit when you confirm.
"update my box" / "take X off Mission Control" = the same
fetch-fresh, edit-one-box, deploy flow. "Add a handoff to Mission
Control" (I'll paste a script) = add ONE row + ONE hidden pre to
the HANDOFF LIBRARY per its templates - touch nothing else.
MISSION CONTROL AUTO-PILOT - keep my box fresh on a timer.
THE BOARD (works from both of my Claude accounts):
https://thehomeinsulators.net/mission-control
Do this, exactly:
1. If this chat is not on the board yet, add it first: fetch the
public URL with a cache-busting ?fresh= query, read the RULES and
templates in the page's HTML comment, and follow them exactly -
they cover freshness, no duplicates, chat naming, stats, and how
publishing works (public site first, claude.ai mirror if owned).
2. List for me the real sources of truth for THIS project that you
can actually check from this chat - the sheets, files, mirrors,
folders, or systems this chat has been working with (for example
a Google Sheet the crew taps, a folder that fills with PDFs, a
WhatsApp mirror). If there are none this chat can reach, SAY SO
and skip the loop - auto-pilot would have nothing to watch.
3. Start your loop feature, self-paced (roughly every 15-30
minutes; tighter only if I say so), with this job each round:
- CHECK those sources for changes.
- COMPARE against what my box currently says (fetch the board
fresh each time).
- If something meaningfully changed: refresh my box, recount the
stats, and publish per the board rules (public site first, then
the claude.ai mirror if this account owns it) - and mark the
stamp with "auto".
- ALSO each round: check MY box on the board for items stamped
"ANSWERED" - the quoted text is me answering you directly. Act
on it, then update the box (remove the consumed item).
- If nothing changed: do nothing this round. Never touch the
board just to touch it.
4. Tell me: "Auto-pilot is ON", what you're watching, and roughly
how often. I stop it by saying "stop auto-pilot".
Honest limit: auto-pilot runs while this chat is open on my
computer. If VS Code or the computer closes, it pauses until I
reopen this chat - tell me that too.
WHATSAPP HANDOFF - give THIS chat WhatsApp powers.
This computer already has ONE shared WhatsApp engine that reads and
sends. USE IT. Never build a new WhatsApp connection, never install
anything, never touch the old CheckBot (CHECKBOT\index.js - that one
stays deposits-only).
WHERE IT LIVES
Engine: C:\Users\theho\CHECKBOT\BAILEYS\engine.js
Run it with the portable node (node is NOT on PATH):
C:\Users\theho\CHECKBOT\node\node.exe
Full notes: Claude memory "whatsapp-two-way-engine" +
C:\Users\theho\CHECKBOT\BAILEYS\README.txt
TO SEND (one line - this is the whole integration):
"C:\Users\theho\CHECKBOT\node\node.exe" "C:\Users\theho\CHECKBOT\BAILEYS\engine.js" --send --to "GROUP NAME" --text "message here"
- --to takes a group name (must match exactly ONE group), a phone
number with country code (US = 1 + ten digits, e.g. 19142728915),
or a raw WhatsApp jid.
- Add --file "C:\path\thing.pdf" to send a file (png/jpg send as a
photo, everything else as a document; --text becomes the caption).
- Safe test that only Patrick sees: --send-self --text "test"
- "SENT. message id = ..." in the output = it went out.
TO READ:
- List every group: --list (writes chats-bot.txt)
- Live mirror: --watch --media
Leaves a window open; every message lands in
C:\Users\theho\CHECKBOT\BAILEYS\mirror\bot\<chat>\
as log.txt (readable) + messages.jsonl (for robots) + media\.
Read those files to answer questions about chat contents.
RULES (non-negotiable):
1. ONE engine process at a time. If it says "ANOTHER ENGINE PROCESS
already holds profile", a watch window is open somewhere - close
it or wait. Do NOT delete the lock file unless nothing is running
(the message tells you exactly which file).
2. If it says the profile is "NOT linked yet", STOP and tell Patrick
to run "1 - LINK BOT (SCAN QR).bat" in CHECKBOT\BAILEYS and scan
with the bot phone. Never try to link without him.
3. NEVER open, copy, move, or commit CHECKBOT\BAILEYS\auth\ - that
folder is the WhatsApp login itself.
4. Before any send to a group or number Patrick didn't just ask for
by name, confirm the target with him in chat first.
5. Errors print in plain language in the console and in
CHECKBOT\BAILEYS\bot.log - read them before retrying.
6. For scheduled/automated sends, put that same one-line command in
the bot's own script or scheduled task - nothing more is needed.
"UPDATE WHATSAPP HIGHLIGHTS" (standing order - Patrick says those
words, any chat with this handoff does this):
1. Catch up the mirror: run --watch for ~1 minute (offline messages
flood in right at connect), then close it.
2. Rescan: "C:\Users\theho\CHECKBOT\node\node.exe"
"C:\Users\theho\CHECKBOT\BAILEYS\highlights.js" --days 14
-> writes highlights.json (flagged = last word is theirs + looks
like it needs an answer).
3. CURATE like a human: read the flagged chats' actual messages,
drop spam/personal, tier the rest (ANSWER NOW / SECURITY FLAG /
NEEDS A REPLY / WORTH A LOOK) and rewrite
C:\Users\theho\CHECKBOT\BAILEYS\highlights-page.html in its
existing style (checkboxes, tiles, bubbles, wa.me links).
4. KEEP data-item ids STABLE (slug + MMDD of that thread's last
message). Same thread + no new message = same id, so Patrick's
checkmarks survive the refresh. New message in a thread = new id
(it comes back unchecked on purpose).
5. PUBLISH to the page's permanent public home (works from BOTH of
Patrick's Claude accounts): deploy highlights-page.html as
index.html to C:\Users\theho\BOARDS\_site\wa-highlights\index.html using PUBLISH.bat in C:\Users\theho\BOARDS
(FTP login is in C:\Users\theho\GODADDY\credentials.txt) -
Then load the live URL and confirm it renders. The old
claude.ai artifact copy is a dead single-account page - skip it.
Then tell Patrick what's new since the last scan.
The page is the "WhatsApp Highlights" button on his Mission Control
board -> https://thehomeinsulators.net/wa-highlights - a permanent
link, NOT a project box. Refreshing the page never touches the
board.
